The Advisory is in the process of revising the original Shakespeare rotation. Richard II is not included in either Nesbit's Beautiful Stories from Shakespeare for Children or Lamb's Tales From Shakespeare. For youngsters in the earliest years who are not yet ready to read Shakespeare's actual plays, we offer two suggestions. You could either read Macbeth in Nesbit or Lamb (this play won't be covered again until high school), or choose any play previously covered in the rotation that you may have missed. |
